Job Description
Responsibilities Greet and assist customers/clients in a welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression. Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages, as necessary. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff. Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining office records and databases. Assist with administrative tasks including making employee badges and office supply inventory. Provide support for special projects or tasks as needed by management.
