We are currently seeking a Process Solutions Analyst to join our Business Support team in Wichita, KS. This role plays an integral part in supporting Emprise Bank’s process optimization and documentation strategy across the organization.

Essential functions of the role:
- Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions to ensure accurate and current process maps and related documentation.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to design and test process solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Support the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure process performance.
- Maintain and improve documentation standards, ensuring consistency in location, access, retrieval, and maintenance across the organization.
- Ensure process documentation is aligned with application capabilities, organizational policies, and governance standards.
- Assist in maintaining a repository for process maps, KPI definitions, and application documentation.
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Foundational understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process design tools preferred
- Familiarity with business applications and how they support operational workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable process documentation
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Experience with testing or quality assurance activities preferred
