Job Description

Sales Assistant to support our sales team in Wichita. This role is about keeping deals moving—handling the details, making sure customer info is accurate, and helping sales reps stay focused on closing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales reps with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order entry.
  • Manage customer records in CRM, ensuring data is accurate and current.
  • Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and flag any gaps.
  • Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer service to make sure commitments are delivered.
  • Answer incoming calls/emails, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Support marketing and client outreach efforts when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Wichita.
