Job Description
Butler Community College is seeking adjunct instructors to prepare and teach Composition and American History classes for general education at Butler Community College campus locations. The instructor would collaborate with content-specific faculty and the Faculty Development Team as needed to ensure continued success. This is a part-time faculty position and the instructor could teach from one to three classes.
Continued adjunct teaching is a possibility. Butler uses electronic grade books and other forms of electronic communications. Free training at Butler is offered and required.
This position is for face-to-face teaching opportunities including concurrent high school sections.
Knowledge of Canvas LMS software is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
