General Laborer – Manufacturing
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available
Inova Staffing is now hiring dependable General Laborers for a growing manufacturing company in Edwardsville!

Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and material handling tasks

Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely

Load, unload, and organize materials and products

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow instructions and meet daily production goals

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and work in a team setting

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
