Job Description

Kansas Paving/Kansas Ready-Mix is a locally owned and operated Paving and Ready-Mix company in Wichita, Kansas. We are looking for an experienced construction welder fabricator construct and produce metal parts, repairs, and products ensuring all welds are strong and clean.

Responsibilities:

• All welding duties performed on a fleet of trucks, trailers and equipment
• Fabricate finished metal products by determining material measurements, determining what material to use and being responsible for your output
• Experience in MIG and Stick Welding
• Aluminum welding is a plus
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Wearing all PPE required, while utilizing all required safety equipment, and adhering to safety procedures for the task that is being performed
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company and OSHA standards.
