Kansas Paving / Kansas Ready Mix – Wichita, KS
Kansas Paving / Kansas Ready Mix is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team at our concrete plant. This position is responsible for safely operating a front-end loader to move aggregates and support daily plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to supply plant bins with aggregates
- Assist with maintaining stockpiles and yard organization
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support plant operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a loader (required)
- Construction or concrete plant experience preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor and fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, year-round work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
