Job Description
Internship Position Duties:
- Will assist with the inspection of bridge repairs, new bridge construction, concrete paving, major interchange reconstruction North I-135/K-96 junction and East Kellogg US 54/K-96, and or development of contract repairs. Nightwork may be required on some projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program. Certification of Enrollment in an Engineering Program is required for education to be considered.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License at time of appointment.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Post-Offer/Pre-employment Requirements:
- This position is subject to pre-employment physical capacity testing. The selected candidate will be required to pass the screening as a condition of employment.
