Job Description

Summary An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner
- Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time
- Follow safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner
- Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary
- May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles
- The ability to communicate openly in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, or reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to a specified weight (often 25–50 lbs).
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for handling tools or materials.
- Ability to operate machinery, equipment, or computers.
- Occasional climbing of ladders or stairs.
- Good vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to hear and communicate clearly in a manufacturing or office environment.
- Ability to work with or near loud noise (hearing protection may be required).
- Exposure to manufacturing floor environment (noise, dust, temperature variations).
- May require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, or steel-toe shoes.
- Working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
- Occasional exposure to chemicals, fumes, or airborne particles (with safety precautions in place).
- Variable weather conditions if work requires indoor/outdoor movement.
