Hours: 5am-3:30pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Valve Tech for a company in Kansas City, KS. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Valve Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate a sander/polisher and disassembly and reassembly of tanks and stamp new certification numbers on the tanks
- Fully refurbish medical oxygen cylinders
- Use hand and power tools (impact gun) to remove the valve on the tanks before they get refurbished and reinstall valve after
- Complete paperwork for each tank
- Use stamping tools when necessary
- Move product around the warehouse using a pallet jack
Valve Tech Requirements:
- Must speak, read, and write fluent English due to the extreme paperwork involved
- Must have driver’s license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Prior experience working in a warehouse
