Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, Overtime

Inventory Control Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support Inventory Control Manager in communication with receiving staff including Materials Coordinators and Forklift Drivers
- Assist Inventory Control Manager with communication to carriers, brokers, and customers daily to provide dock appointments for all inbound loads
- Communicate with management daily to plan labor for the following day
- Operate inventory warehouse management system effectively, including, but not limited to, creating items, receipts, BOMs, and shipments
- Accurately count, log, and report inventory from inbound trailers or intra-company transfers
- Maintain accurate inventory records for display materials
- Report any shortages or damages to customer-supplied inventory to Inventory Control Manager
- Report inventory to customers daily, monthly, annually, or as needed
- Use web-based quality management system to perform quality inspections on inbound trailers
- Map warehouse locations for all display materials
- Proactively and independently resolve challenges with inventory during the receiving, warehousing, or production processes
- Reconcile and manage return of customer-supplied inventory at the end of a job
- Perform internal location audits and customer inventory cycle counts as needed
- Operate forklift as needed
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Work a flexible schedule if necessary
- Attendance is an essential function of the role

Inventory Control Lead Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, grip, reach, push, and pull with both hands
- Up to 50 pounds of lifting
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1-year of transferrable inventory experience
- Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in arithmetic skills
- General proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have sit-down forklift experience
