Martin K. Eby Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking Ironworker Trainees to join our team. As a trainee, you will begin your career by working closely with experienced Ironworkers who will mentor and guide you in developing the skills necessary to become a well-rounded and capable tradesperson. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn.
In this hands-on role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of tasks, including:
- Cutting and rigging steel components
- Hoisting and connecting structural members
- Aligning and bolting up steel assemblies
- Welding and bracing structural steel
