Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Our partners in Liberty, MO are expanding their team by adding in a Process Technician! If you're passionate about developing streamlined processes, working closely with engineers and supervisors and are interested in training and developing team members, this is the perfect time to join this growing company!

Process Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support builds by validating process readiness, machinery, tooling, and documentation
- Validate cycle times and Takt time alignment for new processes and engineering scope changes
- Deploy and Coordinate Engineering and Process Changes with line support staff
- Ensure proper Material Routing and generation of Visual Work Instructions
- Assist in the implementation of machinery and equipment, including documentation, handover, and issue closure
- Participate daily in Gemba walks and escalate build-impacting issues
- Support pilot builds and contributes to report generation and data analysis
- Facilitate drawings, deviation, VWIs, and documentation needed for pilot build support
- Set up machinery and equipment for new builds
- Generate hardware list and validate availability with supplier in preparation for pilot builds
- Execute BOMs validation, CV scans setup and material routings
- Conduct time and motion studies based on Lean standard work
- Perform line balancing and labor calculation
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput
- Validate and document downtime generated by builds
- Drive process improvements in coordination with line support staff

Process Technician Requirements:
- Holds a 2-year or complete degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, or related discipline); applicants currently pursuing their degree in these fields are also encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo preferred
- Proficiency in computer operating systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Conversational English required
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
