Job Description
This position is responsible for the in process testing that will verify that product meets all of the necessary quality requirements of IPC 4101. All C of C’s and test reports that accompany product when delivered to the customer are verified/generated by this position.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
Prepare samples for testing QLP3202 Etch Test Sample Preparation.
Perform testing to IPC-4101 Spec, customer or industry requirements.
Compare test results to the applicable specifications.
Record test results on lab data sheet.
Prepare test reports on the computer for customer shipments.
File and maintain Quality records for the test results.
Drive the company truck to transport samples for processing (as necessary).
Make decisions on acceptability of orders. Release or place material on hold as is appropriate.
Recommend retest or scrapping of material as is appropriate.
Accurately identify and record any product quality problem.
Control further processing or delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Take test samples to the etcher room for processing.
Participate in the cleaning/maintenance of the etcher.

Performs other duties as assigned.
