Job Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in project development, partnering with Quality Engineering and Program Management, and serving as the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) point of contact for our Tool Crib, NC Programming, and Engineering departments. This is an on-site position only. No remote work.
Role and Responsibilities

RCCA POC – Serve as the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) point of contact for the Tool Crib, NC Programming, and Engineering departments; identify rework patterns and drive corrective actions to reduce rework volume and the cost of poor quality (COPQ).
- Strategic Project Management – Lead project development and execution in alignment with Quality Engineering and Program Management to achieve strategic organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify improvement opportunities and develop business cases for management approval, focusing on measurable impacts such as COPQ reduction, lead-time optimization, and margin improvement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Experience utilizing ERPs. Syteline Preferred.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, and other Office application skills.
- Excellent, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in CAD software – Catia V5 preferred.
