Job Description
Position Summary: Smoky Hill Health & Rehabilitation, a leader in the Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care industry is currently seeking a qualified Driver to join our team of energetic, dedicated professionals.
Job Responsibilities / Position Information for the Driver:
- Main duties will be to take residents to and from their appointments.
- Dining assistance Conduct round routinely to monitor the residents’ comfort needs.
- Participate in the development of the residents Plan of Care.
- Protect the residents’ confidential information and follow the facility policy and procedures as it applies to the overall job duties.
- Report changes identified in the residents condition to the Charge Nurse and assist the Nurse when necessary.
Requirements for the Driver:
- Clean driving record
Knowledge / Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience
Licensure / Certifications:
- CPR Certification Preferred
- CNA Certified in Kansas
- Kansas Driver’s Licence
