Job Description
The Senior Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing activities across key functional areas at Gilley’s. This role serves as a hands-on coordinator who helps bring campaigns, promotions, events, and guest-facing experiences to life across various departments.
Each Senior Marketing Coordinator will be embedded within one of the following focus areas—F&B Marketing, Sponsorships & Events, or Loyalty Program—and will assist their department manager with project coordination, collateral development, on-site support, vendor communication, and internal logistics.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of department-specific marketing programs and events.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional signage, menus, giveaways, or direct mail assets.
- Serve as liaison between the department and internal stakeholders (e.g., F&B, Operations, Hosts, Security) to ensure alignment and timely communication.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of on-site events, promotions, activations, or player experiences.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and campaign calendars in collaboration with the assigned department manager.
- Collect and organize department-specific content (menus, promotions, schedules, images, copy) for creative brief submission and campaign development.
- Assist with inventory management for signage, event materials, loyalty gifts, and promotional items.
- Help ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints by reviewing creative for accuracy and alignment.
- Support vendor coordination and follow-up (entertainers, printers, sponsors, caterers, etc.) as directed.
- Document recap notes, take photos, and capture event details for post-activation reporting and social use.
- Represent the marketing department on the floor or during live events as a guest-facing team member.
- Other duties as assigned.
