We are hiring private duty nurses to care for medically fragile children in their home.
Caring In Action
RN Responsibilities Include:
- Execution of physician’s prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of record.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Patient assessments and coordination of care.
- Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
Training and Technology
- Ongoing job-specific training
- Virtual and in-person clinical and skills training
- Case-specific training, including vent and trach training
- In-home tablets for every case
- Electronic charting in real time for all cases
