Now Hiring: Bartenders - Full-Time or Part-Time
Are you the life of the party, a master of mixology, and a pro at pouring good vibes? We're looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to join our crew-full-time or part-time-and help us serve up smiles, one tropical drink at a time!
Whether you're mixing up margaritas or pouring the perfect pint, you'll be at the heart of the island experience, delivering unforgettable moments with every glass.

What You'll Be Doing:
Craft and serve a variety of drinks with personality and precision
Create a fun, relaxed environment where guests feel right at home
Chat with guests, offer recommendations, and keep the energy flowing
Maintain a clean, fully stocked bar while following all safety standards
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Bartending experience and knowledge of classic & trendy cocktails
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Team player mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
$150 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days

Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
