Vice President of Sales

at Keycentrix in Wichita, Kansas, United States

Job Description

About the job

We’re seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our growth in the pharmacy segment and rebuild our sales organization for long-term success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set strategy, hire and develop a high-performing team, establish effective processes and tools, and personally manage key strategic deals across our SaaS and on-premise solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong relationships within the pharmacy industry, a track record of leading successful sales teams, and proven experience closing complex deals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact during an important growth phase—expanding our market presence and strengthening strategic partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild and scale the sales organization, including hiring, team structure, compensation, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacies.
  • Own the full sales funnel — from pipeline generation through closing and customer handoff.
  • Personally lead strategic opportunities and leverage a strong network to accelerate traction.
  • Establish KPIs, CRM discipline, and reporting cadence for visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns, content, and demand generation aligned to pharmacy customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Travels as needed; up to 30%

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building or rebuilding sales teams, infrastructure, and process at a scaling company.
  • Deep experience in the pharmacy market.
  • Expertise in selling both SaaS and on-premise technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Skilled in complex sales cycles, enterprise procurement, and regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy tech, EMR/EHR workflows, or healthcare data platforms.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, and related compliance frameworks.
  • Location within the Wichita area is preferred.

Education or Certifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
