Job Description
Qualifications- Proven experience in successfully implementing ERP systems, preferably in a similar industry or domain
- Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficient in configuring and customizing ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Proven track record in program management and/or product lifecycle management, with a specific focus on supply chain management
- Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge across multiple functions and demonstrates expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Program Management/Business principles
- Recognized as an expert in the field
- Strong foundation in both traditional enterprise architectures and cloud architectures, with a particular emphasis on supply chain strategy
- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, manage project schedules, and identify risks
- Set build plans, drive material readiness with the supply chain, and evaluate constraints
- Participate in early-stage product development, ensuring alignment objectives and requirements of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Service
- Optimize sustaining products, provide feedback to Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain, and make recommendations for future designs and processes
- Evaluate performance against customer and business requirements, implement risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the operations strategic sourcing team to drive cost reduction and component sourcing strategies throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide input on DFx methods (manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and cost) in Hardware Engineering design discussions
- Utilize technical expertise to meet program cost targets at a product and commodity level
- Develop and maintain PLM processes and policies for effective product transition management, including risk analysis, supply continuity, and end-of-life considerations
- Establish clear mechanisms to communicate program status and changes to the team and management
- Demonstrate understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and product positioning
- Apply Six Sigma and continuous process improvement concepts
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBi) for strong analytics and deliver business insights to stakeholders
