Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage residential and commercial electrical projects. This hands-on leadership role will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician with strong supervisory abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  Oversee daily field operations for residential and commercial electrical projects.

• Supervise, coordinate, and support electricians and apprentices on job sites.

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installations.

• Inspect work for compliance with electrical codes, standards, and customer requirements.

• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress.

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.

• Train and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
