Job Description
Make Ready Technician that will
service our properties primarily in the Shawnee, Mission, and Kansas City, KS areas, but also
occasionally servicing our other properties in the greater Kansas City Metro.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ensuring that all vacated apartments are
thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional
Maintenance Manager’s timetable. In addition, the Make Ready Technician will assist the
Maintenance Technician with maintenance tickets and the Groundskeeper in the upkeep of both the exterior and interior of the property.
