What You'll Do
• Pull materials from racks and remove laser-cut parts from skeleton sheets.
• Inspect parts for quality and address simple quality issues when possible.
• Package orders accurately according to work orders and shop knowledge.
• Move inventory and equipment safely using forklifts, cranes, and yard trucks.
• Tag materials for identification and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor.
• Support warehouse upkeep and assist with scrap removal and equipment cleaning.
• Follow safety and quality standards to keep yourself and your team safe.
Required Skills
What We're Looking For
• Valid Driver's License.
• 0-5 years of experience or equivalent education/training in material handling or warehouse work.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and conversions.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to get certified to operate forklifts, cranes, and other motorized equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with teammates and supervisors.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures (above 100°F and below 32°F).
• You must be comfortable pushing or pulling up to 80 lbs. of force.
• Use of personal protective equipment is required.
