Communication & Relationships
- Accommodate and represent the owner’s best interest at all times
- Work directly with other team members during the conceptual development of project assignments
- Coordinate with engineering consultant and trade partners throughout projects
BIM
- Produce BIM (building information models) utilizing Revit for design+build projects and coordination models.
- Prepare scale drawings or architectural details using BIM or other tools.
- Assemble construction documents for projects.
- Audit the project and resolve non-compliances.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in BIM (and related) technology.
- Implement digital information plans and strategies.
- Adhere to the latest industry standards.
- Define and assist in implementing Hutton BIM standards.
