Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Finance Strategic Initiatives team and has a new opportunity for a Finance Systems Analyst. This position supports the organization’s financial systems by assisting with data management, troubleshooting, and user support. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and ensuring smooth system operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What you’ll do
- Assist with day-to-day operations of financial systems, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of system documentation and user guides
- Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes and system efficiency
- Assist with testing new system features, configurations and upgrades
- Ensure data integrity within financial systems through regular audits and validations
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows and user guides
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and implement system enhancements
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and technology
