Job Description

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks):

  • Maintain Lineside Delivery Areas: Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper staging of parts at designated delivery points using kit carts, boxes, or other structures.
  • Product Handling: Remove parts from vendor packaging as needed and organize delivered orders according to specific customer requirements.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and report any part issues or delivery concerns to customers and management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance in all delivery-related tasks.
  • Process Knowledge: Understand delivery workflows and order documentation to accurately stage parts and provide informed feedback when needed.
  • Product Transport: Use designated vehicles to deliver products to customers and return items to the warehouse when required.
