We are looking for Operations Support Team Member to join our Operations team! As a Operations Support Team Member, you will be an essential asset, providing support to various departments during peak production periods to maintain smooth operations and achieve outstanding results.

As a Operations Support Team Member, you will be a versatile team member ready work in a variety of areas when needed. Your primary responsibility will be to support different areas of the organization during times of increased demand or staffing shortages. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include

· Work with management on weekly/daily assignments.

· Build working knowledge across departments.

· May include:

  - Assisting with unloading trucks at delivery dock.

  - Pull and load orders for deliveries and pick-ups.

  - Assembly and production at Star Custom Millwork and Door Mill.

  - Restock warehouse inventory to appropriate locations.

  - Building maintenance at the various locations.
