Compensation: $53,000 - 80,000 / year. Wage commensurate with education and experience.
Position Summary & Responsibilities: Integrity Manager
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for public service, fraud prevention, and operational excellence? The Integrity Unit is looking for a driven and experienced Integrity Manager to lead a high-impact team working to protect public resources and promote trust through proactive investigation, quality improvement, and compliance oversight.
What You’ll Do:
As the Integrity Manager, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding the integrity of our programs. You’ll lead a dedicated team of Integrity Leads, Adjudicators, and Special Investigators, guiding efforts that directly impact fraud prevention, operational performance, and service excellence.
The Integrity Manager leads a team of sharp investigators, adjudicators, and leads, playing a key role in safeguarding public funds and enhancing service delivery. Days will be filled with purpose, variety, and the chance to:
- Inspire a culture of excellence by promoting quality, consistency, and accountability across the unit.
- Solve complex problems and lead operational improvements through strategic thinking and collaboration.
- Oversee critical investigations into unemployment fraud, identity theft, and fictitious employer schemes.
- Coach and empower your team, conducting monthly performance sessions that recognize success and support growth.
- Identify and fix inefficiencies, working alongside project and policy teams to implement smarter, faster processes.
- Stay ahead of the curve on relevant laws and policies, ensuring our work meets federal and agency standards.
- Collaborate across departments, aligning efforts with adjudication and contact center operations.
- Represent the agency in administrative hearings and legal proceedings with professionalism and confidence.
