Job Description
INTERNET BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applicant should have: Outstanding customer service and phone skills; be able to handle a large number of phone calls in a day; be able to multi-task and be able to handle the stress of very little or no down time during the day.
Daily task include: Answer customer phone calls and phone messages. Respond to customers’ secure messages and to banking center e-mail requests. Send daily online loan payment emails to banking center’s Loan Admin and balance daily bill pay transactions. Review enrollment forms for accuracy and set up account authorities in Admin system for new corporate and personal customers. Send login information by mail and e-mail for corporate customers. Download and review daily reports for account changes. Maintain debit card block exceptions in Admin system. Process online address changes, copies, lost/stolen cards and check orders in a timely manner throughout the day. Block inactive customer accounts in Admin system on a weekly basis.
