Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
• Owning and managing a defined set of states or accounts
• Proactively engaging educators and administrators through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Qualifying leads based on internal criteria
• Converting qualified leads into opportunities within Salesforce
• Scheduling discovery and decision maker meetings for EAs and broker partners
• Supporting campaign execution and follow-up
• Collaborating with brokers during onboarding and providing virtual demo support
• Maintaining detailed records of activities and outcomes in Salesforce
• Reporting progress toward monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals
