Job Description
Metal-Fab, Inc. is seeking a candidate for a 1st shift Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for customer relations and providing technical assistance for the sale of the organizations’ products.

Duties Include:
- Assists reps, key distributors and customers in achieving quotas by assisting with order entry and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Assists customers in all areas including, but not limited to, pricing, order status, back orders, inventory status, shipment schedules, lead times, expediting, and replacement parts.
- Provides technical assistance to distributors and representatives as required.
- Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided, answers questions and handles complaints, advises reps and key distributions on issues regarding late shipments.
- Communicates with remote warehouses to insure timely shipments.
- Assures that all orders are entered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintains excellent customer relations and minimizes customer complaints.
- Works to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Processes and monitors order and shipment acknowledgements.
