Full-Time or Part-Time | $300 Sign-On Bonus!
Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for creating spotless, welcoming spaces? Come join the housekeeping crew at Margaritaville Resort, where every day is a chance to make our guests feel like they've stepped into paradise.
We're on the lookout for Room Attendants and Houseperson who take pride in their work, bring positive energy to every shift, and know how to make a room feel like a retreat.
Get a $300 sign-on bonus - $150 on your first paycheck + $150 after 90 days!
Your Day in Paradise Will Include:
Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet resort-quality standards
Making beds, changing linens, and fluffing pillows with care
Restocking amenities, towels, and supplies for the perfect guest experience
Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and keeping it all sparkling clean
Reporting maintenance issues to keep everything running smoothly
Following all safety and sanitation procedures
Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude with guests and teammates
We're Looking For:
- A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude and positive mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus-but not required

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
