YOUR IMPACT
Our Executive Assistant – Payroll Coordinator provides exceptional administrative support to our C-suite executives and directly contributes to increased efficiency, organization, and productivity. You’ll be the bridge between our board members and staff, sharing important information and ensuring consistency throughout the organization. Your success hinges on your ability to communicate, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality. Here’s a closer look:
- Handle all logistics and planning regarding internal and external events, including securing venues, negotiating contracts, and arranging entertainment
- Assist with human resource functions like benefits administration
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and arrange travel and accommodations
- Represent the company at various functions and build relationships with other organizations
- Collect expense reports and accurately process reimbursements
- Process payroll on a bi-monthly basis and maintain accurate reports
- Support and enhance our project management strategies
- Act as the company notary
- Perform all duties while maintaining confidentiality and upholding our organization’s values

QUALIFICATIONS
Our Executive Assistant – Payroll Coordinator needs at least one of the following:
- Associate degree in secretarial science, office administration, or business operations
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Here are our general requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive administrative or office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of general office, logistics, and administrative practices
- Ability to tactfully navigate sensitive situations
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to manage numerous requests and properly set expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities

PREFERRED:
