Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue, enhance guest engagement, and elevate the brand presence of Gilley’s Gambling Hall food & beverage offerings. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing and internal F&B leadership to promote dining venues, bars, concert concessions, seasonal menus, and food-centric events. The position also supports activations tied to concerts, festivals, sporting events, and special programming at Gilley’s Saloon and other property locations. All primary duties requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide consultation and advice to management on strategic marketing approach for all food and beverage venues
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for all food and beverage venues, including Gilley’s Saloon, dining outlets, event concessions, and seasonal programming.
  • Collaborate with chefs, bar managers, and operations staff to promote new menu items, food specials, bar features, and experiential offerings.
  • Work with digital marketing agency in alignment with Director of Marketing to develop digital and social media content that highlights F&B promotions, themed events, drink specials, and limited-time offerings.
  • Coordinate with the Manager of Sponsorships & Events on F&B activations tied to concerts, festivals, pickleball tournaments, and private events.
  • Develop, support and promote cross-departmental promotions, including F&B tie-ins with Players Club programs, casino promotions, and hotel packages.
  • Track and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and promotion performance to assess any needed adjustment to strategies and increase profitability.
  • Develop in-venue signage, menus, digital displays, and promotional collateral that align with Gilley’s brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain vendor and partner relationships related to F&B sponsorships, promotional giveaways, and branded merchandise.
  • Ensure all F&B marketing efforts are aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal branding standards.
  • Monitor and independently respond to online reviews, social engagement, and guest feedback in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Build strong guest relations by being present at major events and interacting with customers to promote loyalty and return visits.
  • Develop programs and/or materials to cross train and collaborate with other departments for joint marketing efforts and enhanced guest experience.
  • Empowered to resolve guest disputes quickly and efficiently up to a pre-determined amount. Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
