Registrar at Extend
Reports to: Extend/Virtual School Administrator
Job Goal: To assist in working with students to take full advantage of the educational opportunities offered by the school.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Maintains familiarity with the services available to students.
2. Maintains office files.
3. Maintains records and protects the confidentiality of these records.
4. Prepares reports and implements plans for the annual student pre-enrollment.
5. Assists the with the testing program.
6. Prepares correspondence for the campus.
7. Collects, assembles and processes all student grades, schedules and other data for state and federal reporting and assessment. Also, prints grade cards and grade reports. Prepares all other necessary reports pertaining to students data.
8. Demonstrates an ability to use the computer hardware and software necessary in maintaining all school and student records.
9. Assists the faculty, staff, and administration whenever needed, particularly with student information, classroom rosters, and computer services.
10. Assists in developing the yearly master schedule and the subsequent semester class scheduling of students.
11. Performs any other related clerical duties assigned by and that will assist the administrator.
12. Records and reports pertinent data for Student Management System.
