Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality and a talent for making every guest feel like they're on vacation? Join our laid-back, high-energy crew as a Server and help create unforgettable dining experiences-one cheeseburger (or margarita!) at a time.
We're looking for upbeat, guest-focused team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning meals into memories. With ocean breezes in the air (okay, Kansas breezes-but you get the vibe), you'll be the heart of the dining room and a key part of our Margaritaville magic.
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with a warm, beachy vibe and friendly smile
Guide guests through our menu-think island flavors, fun cocktails, and vacation indulgences
Take accurate food & beverage orders and keep service smooth like a boat on calm seas
Deliver delicious dishes with perfect timing and presentation
Anticipate guest needs and provide personal, upbeat service
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for the next round
Handle guest payments with care and accuracy
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep the good vibes flowing

Qualifications
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months to one year serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
