DescriptionStar Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. delivers confidence through our products and our people. The Wichita Building Materials team is seeking a Customer Support and Warranty Associate to join their group.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, solution focused individual with a background in customer service. This candidate has experience working with diverse teams, customers, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Your typical day
· Coordination of warranty repairs with homeowners and service staff
· Responding to customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolve customer warranty concerns, and communicate as needed with service team and sales
· Maintain accurate details of job history in BisTrack system
· Assist with calls in the field
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
· A passion for helping others with a positive, solution- oriented attitude
· Previous work experience in a customer-oriented role
· Highly organized, detailed, and strong time management skills
· Ability to maintain composure during difficult conversations
· Experience proactively coordinating multiple projects
· Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
