Friends University is seeking to fill the MFT Student Services Coordinator position in Wichita Kansas. This position will follow-up with prospective students for enrollment in the adult and graduate school programs of Friends University.  The position is responsible for securing, pre-qualifying and enrolling prospective students to meet yearly enrollment goals in cooperation with the Vice President of Enrollment Management and faculty. Responsibilities include coordinating with students and is the initial formal contact for MFT inquiries coming into the university.  Provides daily communication, both written and verbal, regarding adult and graduate programs to prospective students, area businesses, and other targeted populations.  Assist prospective students with information on options available for the MFT program. Assists students with the completion of application and admission procedures MFT. Responsible for daily prospect pool ranking, management and maintenance through daily prospecting/telemarketing efforts to meet required contact expectations.  Documents activity in the Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

Professional work experience in sales/promotional/public relations or related field preferred with the proven ability to meet goals. Knowledge of Microsoft environments including Word, Excel, Teams preferred.   

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional  manner is required. Knowledge of SCT Banner, sales force and Microsoft office helpful. Ability to learn and utilize various campus and student management software systems.
