Overview
Under general direction, this position acts as a liaison between national account customers and Ferrellgas locations that serve them. Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) with 3+ years related experience. Local to Kansas City is preferred, training will be held in-person initially and then the position will be remote.

Responsibilities
Supports a portfolio of 100+ national account contracts throughout the lifecycle, including renewals, additions, and closures.
Serves as the main point of contact for assigned contracts, answering phone calls and emails of customers' questions and requests.
Manages email inbox daily, responding to customer concerns and questions in a timely manner. High email frequency, typically 100+ emails a day.
Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions while working closely with internal and external contacts to ensure accuracy.
Facilitates and leads occasional conference calls with internal team members as well as customers
Maintains accurate contract files including original documents, correspondence, and amendments on internal servers
Produces weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports via excel
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; effectively managing competing deadlines
Self-motivated; must employ problem solving techniques daily and the ability to communicate escalated issues appropriately to management.
Assist National Accounts Team as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar is preferred
2+ years project management and/or contract experience; preferred but not required
Propane industry experience is a plus, but not required
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong time management
Solid PC spreadsheet modeling skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking skills required
PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
