Job Description
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and
developing a high-performing sales team, achieving company sales goals, and driving customer
satisfaction. This position involves fostering a collaborative, world-class customer experience while
developing innovative strategies for growth. The Director will oversee the creation and implementation
of marketing campaigns, operational policies, and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and
profit targets. Reporting directly to the President, the Director will play a critical role in ensuring
