Full Job DescriptionOur Health Insurance client is seeking an Account / Creative Operations Manager to join a flex bench team for the next 16 weeks. This Account / Creative Operations Manager will oversee the development of a process workflow from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being client facing and leading conversations with stakeholders.
This is a flex bench team with hours that will ebb and flow throughout the assignment. The ideal person will be a full-time freelancer or someone with flexibility in their schedule. Candidates local to or willing to work CST hours preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with brand management.

Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to ensure projects are meeting the campaign scope.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments within the organization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a Creative Operations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Previous experience developing workflows from scratch.
- Proficiency with Workfront.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
