Job Overview:

As a Sales Trainee at Don Hattan Ford, you’ll:

• Engage Customers: Reach out to leads via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments and answer inquiries.
• Learn Sales Skills: Learn to guide customers through the vehicle selection process, focusing on their needs and preferences.
• Work Deals: Conduct test drives, do vehicle presentations, and negotiate fair pricing.
• Complete Transactions: Get hands-on experience with sales paperwork and customer follow-ups.
• Stay Informed: Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep up with the latest vehicle models and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Contact potential customers using lead lists and prospecting strategies.
• Assist with test drives and answer customer questions confidently.
• Prepare and review sale-related paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment.

Qualifications:
