Position Title: IDP Business Coordinator
Position Number: NEW
Position Status: Full-Time
Regular Work Hours: Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; additional hours and weekends may be required; work is completed onsite and in-person
Location: Wichita, KS - WSU Main Campus
Position Specific Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented team member with initiative to work collaboratively with internal and external organization partners. This position will coordinate employee travel, process invoices and payments, facilitate reconciliations, and accurately complete data entry.
Summary of Responsibilities: Coordinates and facilitates the processing, reconciliation, and tracking of activities related to invoices, payments, and expenses for assigned centers.
Essential Functions:
- Processes invoices and payments for assigned centers.
- Coordinates employee travel, including but not limited to, completing prior authorizations and coordinating and processing receipts and expense receipts.
- Coordinates freight shipping
- Completes data entry and reconciliations accurately and efficiently
- Sorts and distributes mail
- Works collaboratively with internal and external organization partners.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of related experience; every 30 hours of college coursework can be substituted for one year of experience.
