We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about providing top-notch service, thrives on managing multiple moving parts, and values strong communication and accountability.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day project management for reactive and scheduled maintenance work
- Communicate with clients at both corporate and store levels to align expectations
- Manage work orders, timelines, documentation, and billing in FEXA
- Coordinate with internal techs and external vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Review job costs, subcontractor invoices, and client billing
- Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines
- Attend company meetings and participate in internal improvement initiatives
