Front Desk Agent Morning
Description/Responsibility’s: Greeting customers, explaining hotel policies and procedures, providing customers with accurate rate information, checking customers out of the system, asking customers about their stay, answering phones in a confident and friendly manner, assisting with all customers’ request. Over seeing and assisting housekeeping with cleaning rooms and laundry.
Front Desk Agent Evening
Description/Responsibility’s: Greeting customers, explaining hotel policies and procedures, providing customers with accurate rate information, taking customers’ information and money for their rooms, answering phones in a confident and friendly manner, assisting with all customers’ request.
Front Desk Night Auditor
Description/Responsibility’s: This is a key hotel position. Acting as a front desk agent during the overnight shift at the hotel. Responsibility would include but are not limited to. Answering phones, checking guest in, accepting payments and above all providing outstanding customer service. Additionally the night auditor is responsible for preparing the hotels end of the day financial reports, preforming end of day functions on the hotels management system, such as posting room charges and taxes, reconciling payments, and performing other financial and accounting related duties.
