Job Title: Registered Nurse/LPN
Location(s): Wichita, KS
Schedule: Flexible (Daytime & Nighttime Shifts Available)
Reports to: Clinical Director
Position Summary:
This position will provide high-quality one-on-one care, enabling our clients to stay in their homes as long as possible. You will perform wellness, supervisory and admission visits in clients’ homes as needed.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory, wellness and admission visits in client homes
- Monitor and assess client needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for clients and their families
