About This Role
The Carl R. Ice College of Engineering is seeking an Accountant II. This position provides support to the Business Manager with accounting and human resources functions.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- K-State experience relevant to job duties
- 5 years finance or accounting experience
- Ability to work within a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of budget, inventory, and procurement practices and procedures
- Experience with financial systems used within K-State
- Experience in accounting computer software, including QuickBooks
- Ability to maintain total confidentiality in regards to budget and salary information
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply pertinent law, rules, and regulations
