• Responsible for the selection, training, coaching, mentoring, development, retention, and performance management of direct reports.
• Develop, measure, monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response/resolution of day-to-day operational issues and after-hours support processes.
• Conduct research on emerging cloud technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.
• Support workstation and mobile device imaging processes, managing endpoint life cycle, supporting vulnerability management and device configuration standardization and policies based on established security guidelines and best practices. Working closely with IT Security team.
• Establish, maintain and execute operational procedures that leverage efficiencies and best practices. Including protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing endpoint security measures.
• Oversee service management activities including change and release management, testing, quality assurance and end-to-end technical integration. Including participation in audits and other regulatory responses as needed.
• Drive the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects and service management improvements, ensuring that quality, productivity, and ROI goals are achieved. Including setting and prioritizing team goals and timelines.
• Design, install, configure, optimize, administer, and support endpoints (workstations and mobile devices), policies and hardware, cloud telephony, Windows based workstations as well as iOS and Android devices in a corporate environment.
• Lead proactive analysis of endpoint performance. Determine root cause and improve processes to prevent recurring issues. Initiate preventive maintenance on operating systems as well as manage repair of system/environment problems.
• As needed participation in 24x7 on-call rotation, after-hours maintenance for IT Operations equipment.
