Job Description
Position Summary:
To analyze, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions on a wide variety of CNC machinery and misc. facility equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of CNC machinery and misc. facility equipment. Mechanic must be able to apply hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical expertise and troubleshooting aptitude to maximize equipment uptime.
- Performs preventive and predictive maintenance procedures on equipment and reports findings regarding additional work and repairs to leadership.
- Coordinates and/or performs assigned work. Works with contractors and other maintenance personnel, if necessary, to ensure repairs are made properly and with minimum impact on operations.
- Maintains open communications with supervision and customer department personnel. Documents all activities and departmental procedural requirements
- Performs other duties as required.
